It's weird. I went back to the suburbs this weekend and all I really did was sleep. I got home, ate, watched some TV, and fell asleep for a few hours. And I still slept before midnight with no trouble at all. On Sunday, I watched some TV and read, and then fell asleep again. And then this morning, I was still exhausted. It's like my body refuses to admit it has gotten enough sleep.
During my last semester of undergrad, I made a list of all these great things I wanted to do with all the free time I would have after college. I guess I'm still going through this transition period so I'm still tired. It's like, I get up every morning at 6:30, get to work by 8, get home around 5:30, depending on how bad the CTA is, rest for a bit, make dinner, eat, dishes, and then I'm ready for bed again.
As a result, my mood has taken a turn for the worst. I'm hard to handle.
I'm hoping to get out of this funk very soon.
